To achieve these goals, ScandBook applies specific and consistent environmental implementation principles. The company prioritises eco-friendly, certified and environmentally friendly products and solutions in the procurement process, while actively cooperating with suppliers and emphasizing the importance of environmental requirements throughout the supply chain.
ScandBook also works preventively. Continually monitors changes in environmental regulation, technology and market trends, evaluates new technologies and products. It aims to make decisions that are based on long-term environmental benefits.
Employees’ personal responsibility is considered one of the most important factors, which is why it is developed through training, dissemination of information and active involvement of employees in environmental initiatives.
In addition, ScandBook promotes the eco-labelling of products, carefully evaluates the environmental requirements of customers and seeks to respond to them in a constructive and reasonable manner.
Environmental arguments are communicated responsibly based on facts, transparency and a holistic approach.

The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear overview of how we process personal data, for what purposes it is used and what rights you have as a data subject.
This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which has been applicable since 25 May 2018 and has replaced previous personal data protection legislation.

ScandBook processes personal data primarily in order to properly fulfil its obligations to you. We only process personal data that is necessary for specific purposes and avoid excessive data collection.

Personal data are processed only where there is a legitimate ground for doing so, such as the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations.

Please note that according to the Law on Accounting, certain personal data must be stored for at least 7 years, so the right to request deletion of data in these cases does not apply.
Upon termination of the contractual relationship between ScandBook and the customer, potential customer or supplier, the personal data is deleted or anonymized during the annual review.
Upon receipt of a request for deletion of personal data, it shall be executed within 3 months. You can also submit a request for an extract from the processing of your personal data.
Collection of personal data
Personal data may be collected when:
- you visited us or otherwise contact us,
- you submit a request for a quote through the website,
- data are obtained from public registers,
- one of our employees is hired,
